Spennymoor Town have had a busy non-league transfer deadline day, pushing through loan deals for youngsters from Hartlepool United and Halifax Town before the 5pm cut-off.
Highly-rated and versatile midfielder Connor Smith joined Jason Ainsley’s side just before lunch time and was followed by Halifax Town’s natural left-sider Isaac Baldwin.

First team representatives from Spennymoor Town recently visited HC-One’s Lothian House Care Home, a local home in the heart of Spennymoor, to present a signed shirt to resident and former Spennymoor Town player, Peter Joyce.

Our crowdfunding campaign for the refurbishment of 250 seats in the Ramside Estates Main Stand is ongoing, with the latest total standing at £4130.
The replacement of 250 seats is the first stage of a series of planned ground works at The Brewery Field. Full seat refurbishment is a necessity for the club to bring the ground up to ‘Grade C’ and meet league regulations.
