Lincoln welcome Spenny support

Lincoln welcome Spenny support

Lincoln United have issued a welcome for passionate Spennymoor Town fans and say they hope to generate a great cup atmosphere at Ashby Avenue this Saturday for the FA Cup Fourth Qualifying Round tie.

The winners on the day will win a spot in the First Round proper of the FA Cup and Lincoln have graciously encouraged fans to don the black and white, whether by hat, scarf or shirt.

They have, however, asked fans to respect their ruling that no alcohol is allowed in the ground.

For those planning on a pre-match pint, The Moors Tavern will be open from 09:30 on the morning of Saturday 15 October.  Complimentary hats and flags will also be given out in The Moors Tavern before the bus leaves for Lincoln.  The four supporters' coaches will then leave from the pub at 10:30.

Supporters MUST get on their allocated bus and notify a member of staff of their attendance before doing so.  Anyone who can no longer make the trip should notify Steve Lawson to avoid wasting the seat for another supporter.

Upon arrival at Lincoln's complex, supporters must go past the social club in order to reach the ground.  Both are housed on the same complex.

There is a canteen within the ground which will serve hot and cold food before the game and at half time.

Entry fees:

Adults: £8

Conc: £5

U16s: £1

We look forward to seeing you all on Saturday!
