Striker Nathan Fisher has today completed a move to West Auckland FC from Spennymoor Town.
Fisher was made available for transfer last weekend, at his own request, after expressing a desire to play more football than he did last season.
The Northallerton-born 27-year-old cemented his place as a Spennymoor fan favourite after racking up a phenomenal scoring record. Overall, he fired 45 goals in 90 appearances before the start of the last campaign, when he added a further eight in 25.
A big character in the dressing room, his spell with Moors will be remembered fondly by players, staff and supporters alike.
Manager Jason Ainsley said: "We wish Nathan all the very best in his new venture with West Auckland. He has not only been a fantastic player, but a great lad to go with it.
"I'm sure he will score lots of goals for them."
